How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
